Fear in the Workplace Coaching Game

As you already know from Chapter 1 of this book, I initially created the Fear in the Workplace game as a coaching tool for facilitating my work with culture dysfunctions in a technology group of an international retail brand. As I started sharing the game at conferences and meetups, I discovered that the game had a broader application as it resonated with people from various organizations and industry sectors.
