Taking IT Support to the Next Level

There are a lot of different ways to provide IT Support, and there are a lot of different types of people that provide it. You might be, as I began my career with Fujitsu Siemens, an enthusiastic amateur that applied to work in second-line support because of the experience gained over the years in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, repairing (or in my case, breaking), and fixing problems on your own computers and those of friends and family.
