Data Migration Testing and Validation

The data migration validation phase encompasses a series of three data migration tests, designed to validate that migration programs and projects are operating efficiently and without disruptions, thereby achieving completeness, quality, and timeliness of data migration. All tests are carried out in the quality assurance (QA) environment (refer to Appendix A) in different clients and are based on Data Migration Test Plans, which serve as the first deliverable of this phase.
