Replatforming the Right Way

When undertaking a replatforming exercise, one must consider both the approach and the execution. We will look at each of these in turn, starting with the former. The approach sets out a framework within which the project takes shape. If the approach is less than thoughtful, the project may be doomed from the start. Once a sensible approach is agreed, the team must remain relentlessly focused on execution.
