Generative AI Hardware

In Chapter 6 , we examined how various generative AI cloud services providers compete for customers and assessed their investment potential. In this chapter, we investigate these topics from the perspective of generative AI hardware providers – comprising diverse makers of hardware – including semiconductor designers and manufacturers, providers of machines for carving semiconductor designs into silicon wafers, servers, and liquid cooling technology – on which generative AI depends to train and operate chatbots.
