Technical Debt As a Systems Problem

In this chapter, we learn that we make technical debt decisions not as isolatedindividuals, but as people within a system. That changes those decisions. We look at how the system our organization has created causes us to make decisions that are often not in the best long-term interests of that organization. We also look at how thinking about our organization as a system offers us a fresh understanding of our technical debt problem.
