Additional Information Gathering and Sensemaking

In this chapter, we go through the additional information gathering we must do before the solution development workshops. We begin by exploring the political landscape, then addressing information missing from the first workshop. We then try to make sense of the information we now have, look at how to shape ideas for potential solutions, and prepare for the next workshop. We finish by briefly exploring dynamic simulation models.
