A Program to Address Technical Debt

Until now, we’ve been concerned with understanding what technical debt is and what drives its creation. We now move on to putting together an intervention aimed at addressing technical debt on a sustainable basis. In this chapter, we give a high-level overview of a sixstep technical debt reduction program, which is covered in more detail in the subsequent six chapters.
