Why Use an Open Source Project Management Methodology?

Over the last few years, teams at Buildly have been building project and program management software for NGOs, nonprofits, and local organizations working in some of the most remote and difficult environments in the world. We learned a lot about managing projects in these conditions, and that in the end, we all want something simple and iterative, but that gets out of our way when we need it to and constrains us when it’s needed.
