Not So Agile

摘要

There are many different models and flavors of agile software development, too many for some, not enough for others. We have all tried them as project or team leaders, or as team members, and the thing most of us take away from this was that we spent so much time organizing and planning for the project we felt like we never had time for the work of the project. That’s not to say this is all Agile’s fault; in Waterfall, Critical Path, and most other project management styles, we have the same issue. They are usually built around big, bulky, high-maintenance projects and leave little room for adaptation or changes.
