摘要
In this chapter, we’ll take a look at how to manage an offensive cybersecurity service. I am not trying to teach all the concepts of project management or go over agile principles. You may see a few of those concepts thrown in, but my goal here is much less theoretical. I want to discuss the real-world challenges that pentesting teams will encounter, present the ways in which I have overcome them, and discuss the lessons that I drew from those encounters.
