Challenges in Machine Vision System
摘要
Implementing machine vision systems can be challenging due to various factors. One of the challenges is the need for accurate calibration and alignment of cameras and sensors to ensure precise image capture. Additionally, the complexity of processing large amounts of visual data in real time requires powerful computational resources and efficient algorithms. Furthermore, integrating machine vision systems into existing manufacturing industry infrastructure may require significant investment in hardware and software upgrades. The challenges with implementing machine vision systems can be categorized as technical, environmental, integration, performance, and human factors. In this chapter, we’ll look more closely at these challenges.
