The initiative titled “Digital technology and social participation in surveillance and definition of priority areas and actions for the control of yellow fever” in São José dos Pinhais Municipality, Paraná, started in February 2018 as a four-year-long project. The initiative was established under the slogan “Multiplying the successful experience of São José dos Pinhais Municipality, Paraná, for the whole of Brazil”. The thematic sustainability areas the project stretches over are ‘social’, ‘environmental’, ‘governance/management’, and ‘technology’. This project’s primary industries are automotive, chemical, and food industries.
