Financial Risk Rediction of Science and Technology Innovation Company Based on Random Forest Algorithm

The vigorous development of science and technology finance is a necessary prerequisite for the smooth development of various science and technology activities, and it is also an important demand for the rapid construction of innovative cities. However, there are some problems and present situations in innovative cities, such as the difficulty for science and technology enterprises to identify their own risks, the high investment risks of investors and financial institutions and the complicated reasons. The financial risk identification model of science and technology enterprises based on random forest algorithm established in this paper can effectively predict whether the enterprises will be listed as special stocks in the next financial year due to financial problems, and identify the potential financial risks of enterprises. Thus, it provides an effective means for enterprises to identify their own risks, and a solution for investors and financial companies to judge enterprise risks according to the annual public data of enterprises. We suggest that science and technology enterprises use the stochastic forest risk identification model established in this paper to identify their own risks in a normal way, and pay close attention to the changes of their key indicators, so as to nip in the bud and avoid major risk problems or being listed as special stocks.
