Analysis of the Impact of Scientific and Technological Innovation on the Efficiency of Cold Chain Logistics of Fresh Agricultural Products

To investigate the impact of technological innovation on the efficiency of cold chain logistics. This paper selects data from 10 eastern coastal provinces in China from 2008 to 2021, uses DEA model to measure their fresh produce cold chain logistics efficiency, and uses Tobit model to analyze the impact of science and technology innovation and other related factors on cold chain logistics efficiency. It is found that: the cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in the eastern coastal provinces is generally high, and the efficiency in 5 of the 10 coastal provinces reaches DEA effective in 2021; scientific and technological innovation promotes the improvement of cold chain logistics efficiency in the eastern coast, and environmental variables such as cold chain transportation intensity, government support, and regional market economy are significantly positively related to cold chain logistics efficiency, and resource utilization level has a significant negative The level of resource utilization has a significant negative influence. The research of this paper is important to improve the efficiency of regional agricultural cold chain logistics.
