High-Quality Three-Dimensional Reproduction of the Weak Textures on the Surface of Objects Based on Photometric Stereo -Structural Light

摘要

3D scanning work and 3D reconstruction systems are key research areas in image vision and 3D printing. However, in its application process, it is difficult to reproduce the texture information and real data of the object surface with high quality and completeness due to the limitations of different scanning methods. To solve the problem of high-quality texture information capture and 3D reproduction of components, the paper proposes a composite measurement method using photometric stereo vision and mechanism light based on multi dynamic data processing. The paper uses structured light technology to measure the overall point cloud data of the workpiece surface, and collaborates with the surface texture information obtained from photometric stereo vision to achieve the fusion of point cloud data and normal phase information. By using the method proposed in this paper, high-precision 3D reconstruction of objects and weak texture optimization have been achieved. Relevant experiments are designed to verify the feasibility and the advantage of the method proposed by the paper.
