Research on the Quality Evaluation of Remote Maintenance Service for Packaging and Printing Equipment

To establish a quality evaluation index system for remote maintenance service in the packaging and printing equipment industry, aiming to assess the quality of remote maintenance service and enhance customer satisfaction, this paper takes Shaanxi Beiren as an example. It analyzes the functional architecture of the packaging and printing equipment’s remote maintenance cloud service platform from the perspective of data elements and summarizes three major dimensions and six key functions of remote maintenance service. Building upon this analysis, the paper, in conjunction with on-site research findings, and referencing quality evaluation models such as GB/T 37738-2019 Quality Evaluation Index for Cloud Services, has constructed a quality evaluation index system for remote maintenance service in the packaging and printing equipment industry. This index system provides packaging and printing equipment manufacturers with a reference framework to assess the quality of their maintenance service and identify areas for improvement.
