Research on the Construction of an Intelligent Drug Package Quality Inspection System Based on Polychromatic Sets Theory
摘要
This study is based on the digitization of quality management in the manufacturing industry and aims to address issues such as redundancy of quality inspection equipment and mismatch between personnel and equipment in pharmaceutical packaging and printing enterprises. It proposes a quality inspection unit description method based on the theory of multi-color sets. Using this method, a multi-color set model for the quality inspection capabilities of pharmaceutical packaging is established. This model can analyze the quality inspection methods and capabilities of each production process of drug packaging, providing theoretical support and method guidance for pharmaceutical packaging enterprises to achieve digitization and intelligence. The study focuses on the quality inspection stage of a specific pharmaceutical packaging enterprise and utilizes a multi-color set-based quality inspection process model to optimize resource allocation for this stage. This has improved the quality inspection efficiency of the pharmaceutical packaging enterprise and laid the foundation for building an intelligent drug packaging quality inspection system.
