摘要

MXenes not only have the same conductivity as metals, but also have good mechanical and hydrophilic properties. Therefore, MXenes have special appeal and competitiveness in fields such as energy storage conversion, catalysis, sensors, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, etc. Especially, due to its layered structure, MXenes have a large specific surface area for gas molecules to adsorb. However, MXenes have poor chemical stability, so it is particularly important to study their combination with other materials for gas detection. This article reviews the research progress of MXenes as sensitive materials for gas sensors, proving that MXenes have been potential candidates for gas sensing materials.
