Study to Optimize the Process and Properties of Celery- Based Wrapping Paper Based on Response Surface Methodology
摘要
In order to reduce the environmental pressure brought by traditional packaging materials, countries around the world based on environmental protection, actively improve the product packaging mode, looking for green packaging materials, to create a road of sustainable development. Vegetable based degradable paper packaging materials choose celery as the base material, through pretreatment, cutting hot drift, cooling pulp, adding additives, mixing paper, molding drying and other methods to prepare celery packaging paper. The appropriate plasticizer sorbitol (4% ~ 6%) glycerol (2% ~ 4%) and binder konjac gum (1% ~ 1.5%) were selected, Through compound optimization experiments using the Design-Expert 12.0 system, Analyzing the significant effect of the interaction of additives on the properties of celery paper, When with sorbitol 6.0%, Glycerol, 4.0%, When konjac gum 1.25% was used as a mixed additive, The shock strength of the prepared celery-based wrapping paper was 0.700J, The prepared paper was also compared with the newspaper, A4 paper, the results show that, Celery-based wrapping paper is better than newspaper and close to A4 paper, Therefore, it has certain research significance and feasibility. Through the experimental study of celery-based packaging paper, the research necessity of new packaging materials is determined, and the best preparation process of vegetable packaging paper is found, which provides a certain reference direction for the development of green packaging materials.
