摘要

In engineering practice, 80% of the damage of mechanical parts is caused by fatigue failure. For the web folding mechanism, the machete arm of its single-arm thin-walled structure is its weaker link. During the operation of the folding mechanism, the machete arm is subjected to complex alternating loads caused by multiple excitation, such as self-weight, load and moment of inertia, so it should have strong fatigue resistance in addition to sufficient strength and stiffness. Fatigue damage has the characteristic of sudden “death”, so in order to ensure the reliability and safety of the web folding mechanism during operation, it is necessary to understand the fatigue life level of the machete arm, and it is necessary to conduct fatigue life prediction analysis of the machete arm.
