摘要

The development of 3D printing technology has brought more methods for vertebral body weight construction. Titanium alloy has high specific strength and good biocompatibility, and 3D printed titanium alloy interbody fusion device currently has obvious advantages in vertebral body weight construction. The mechanical properties of titanium alloy interbody fusion with mesh structure prepared by Electron beam melting (EBM) were studied. Computer software was used to assist the design and modeling, the model was sliced and then imported into the EBM printer. After printing, the model was post-processed, the surface was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, and the mechanical properties such as dynamic torsion, dynamic compression shear and dynamic axial compression of the sample were tested by different types of fatigue testing machines.
