Research on Digital Inkjet Printability Based on Garment Fabrics
摘要
Digital inkjet printing is an important form of personalized design for clothing fabric printing. Compared to screen printing, it has the characteristics of fast speed, high efficiency, wide color gamut, and can achieve large format pattern output. Ordinary textile fabrics are prone to ink droplet diffusion and low color restoration during inkjet printing. This article uses experimental research methods to study methods for improving the suitability of textile fabrics for inkjet printing through prepress pretreatment. This article uses fiber blended fabrics as inkjet printing substrates, uses modifiers and water repellent treatment agents to pre-treat the fabrics, and uses pigment ink for printing. The differences in ink droplet spread shape, K/S value, color recovery, and other aspects between ordinary fabrics and fabrics pretreated with different concentrations of treatment agents are compared, and the impact of prepress pretreatment on improving the inkjet printing suitability of clothing fabrics is analyzed. The conclusion of this article is that pre-treatment of fiber textile fabrics with modifiers and water repellent agents can effectively improve their inkjet printing suitability.
