Design of Photonic Integrated Phased Arrays
摘要
In this chapter, the design and test cases of photonic integrated phased arrays based on two different coupling methods, namely end-face coupling and vertical coupling, are introduced separately. Additionally, all-electronically controlled beam switching and free-space optical communication by utilizing optical phased array chips are presented in detail.
