According to the definition of hazardous waste in the Solid Waste Law, a solid waste that is determined not to be on the List and is not excluded from having hazardous characteristics should be determined by the hazardous waste identification criteria. Therefore, hazardous characteristic identification is a very important method to determine whether a solid waste is a hazardous waste, mainly based on a series of hazardous waste identification criteria to determine the hazardous characteristics of the solid waste.
