摘要

One or the other species of Mycobacterium caused chronic inflammatory conditions in human beings. Classical tuberculosis is caused by M. tuberculosis, primarily transmissible between human beings. This and other species of M. tuberculosis complex infect both animals and human beings and are transmissible both ways and hence classed as zooanthropozoonosis and anthropozoonosis. The animals’ and birds’ mycobacterioses are also transmissible to human (direct anthropozoonosis) causing primarily extra-pulmonary TB (tuberculosis). There is a larger group of glandular and skin infections caused by environmental mycobacteria classed as nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM). Many of these are classed as saprozoonosis.
