摘要

Southern tick-associated rash illness (STARI) or Masters’ disease is erythema migrans characterized by expanding annular erythema (3 inches or 8 cm or more), which tends to have lymphocytic infiltrate. Borrelia lonestari was considered to be a causative agent but further research did not support. The cause of STARI remains unknown ( https://www.cdc.gov/stari/disease/index.html ).
