Trench Fever

Trench fever (occurred among armies’ troops in trenches during World War I, hence the name) is a re-emerging disease affecting homeless population in cities in the USA and Europe (Foucault et al. 2006), characterized by chronic bacteraemia, endocarditis, bacillary angiomatosis and lymphadenopathy.
