Trichostrongyliasis

Trichostrogyloisis is caused by a small nematode, Trichostrongylus spp. commonly found in herbivores. However, several species of Trichostrongylus have been known to infect humans, like T. orientalis, T. colubriformis, and T. axei (CDC 2017).
