Export Control Internal Compliance Programs

In this chapter, Sect. 8.1 outlines the advantages of setting up an export control internal compliance program (“China ICP”) under MOFCOM guidelines; Sect. 8.2 specifies MOFCOM guidelines on China ICP; Sect. 8.3 analyzes the compliance logics of China ICP, providing some risk-based compliance advice from the perspective of controlled items, activities, and acting parties; Sect. 8.4 focuses on the practices of China ICP, summarizing a compliance sample and the regulatory trends.
