The Impact of Denoising in Watermarking Robustness
摘要
Watermarking is a standard method for protecting ownership rights on digital platforms, especially in digital images. In general, image denoising techniques are used in an image without affecting the essential features such as corners, edges, etc. In another aspect, denoising attacks are used to identify the watermark in the digital images. Often, it is used to obtain high-quality images and restore an image’s original content. In recent decades, image denoising techniques have made significant achievements in image processing, irrespective of the applications. In this continuation, this denoising technique is used to find whether the image has watermarked content. This chapter presents the impact of denoising in watermarking from the perspective of watermarking robustness and its attacks.
