Precursor Materials for Semiconductor Thin Films
摘要
The present chapter emphasizes detailed discussion of recent approaches in which (i) the desired elements for compound semiconductors are obtained from a single molecule (the ‘single-source’ precursor route) and (ii) the development of suitable precursors available for deposition of semiconducting thin films or nanoparticles. Specifically, this chapter concentrates on more recent studies and approaches using single-molecular precursors to develop advanced materials such as metal chalcogenides and group III metal chalcogenides, nitrides, and a novel approach for the fabrication of photovolataic cells using semiconductor nanoinks.
