摘要
Thermalism is an option concerning tourism of healthcare and wellness but lacks information concerning long-term results. The widespread adoption of smartphone-based medical apps is opening streets of innovation allowing a better results monitorization and improving healthcare results. This knowledge is important to develop scientific evidence concerning results of thermal water treatments. The health and wellness tourism is demonstrating a shift concerning the kind of practitioners and these are younger and healthier. For this reason, they are looking for evidence as long as social security avoids financing these treatments justifying with this lack of scientific evidence. Hence this study aims to develop a mobile App HealthSmArt_ISAVE, which intends to be an adjuvant for treatment in thermal context patients but also in data acquisition concerning immediate and long-term results to help clinicians and practitioners during treatment and allowing possible adjustments to it.
