KdV Flow II: Extension

Since in the last chapter we assumed the reflectionless property, the region of singularities of the m-function remains bounded and we could choose the bounded curve C surrounding the region of the singularities. However, when we intend to remove the reflectionless property, naturally we have to treat an unbounded curve and an unbounded domain \(D_{+}\) .
