Current Situation and Prospect of Disclosure of Information About Resumption of Operation and Production in Enterprises in the Process of Normalizing the Prevention and Control of the Covid-19 Pandemic

As the Covid-19 pandemic situation was gradually alleviated, the prevention, control of the pandemic become gradually normalized, governments at all levels throughout the country began to promote the resumption of operation, production in enterprises in an orderly manner. Disclosure of information about the resumption of operation, production in enterprises is an important part of government information disclosure, an important driving force for accelerating the process of resumption of operation, production in enterprises. In this report, the Innovation Project Team on the Rule of Law Index of the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences investigates the situation, summarizes the experience of the disclosure of information about the resumption of operation, production in enterprises in the process of normalizing the prevention, control of the Covid-19 pandemic in various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government. The disclosure of information about the resumption of operation, production in enterprises reflects the effectiveness of open government work in such aspects as information release, policy interpretation, response to enterprise concerns, gives full play to its substantial role in pandemic prevention, control. In the future, the Chinese government should further strengthen the construction of government websites, build multi-channel information disclosure platforms, strengthen the overall consciousness of openness, so as to further raise the level the openness of government affairs.
