摘要

Suction anchors (SA) serve as the foundation for floating offshore wind platforms. Although there is a need to examine the feasibility of applying SA to liquefied seabeds, there is a paucity of studies on the pullout capacity under liquefied conditions. Therefore, the pullout behavior of the SA after liquefaction was evaluated using 1:100 scaled 1G model tests. The results of the vertical pullout test showed that the pullout capacity of the SA model can be calculated using the force equilibrium owing to the passive suction resistance. However, the surface friction of the SA model was almost lost in the liquefied model ground. Additionally, oblique pullout tests showed that horizontal displacement was dominant for 30° loadings, and rotational displacement was dominant for 60° loadings.
