Application of TAG_FLOW Model for the Simulation of Slope Disaster in Central Vietnam Caused by a Typhoon in 2020
摘要
The authors previously developed a simple method for predicting groundwater rise and the rainfall seepage process in natural slopes at a relatively shallow depth based on parametric studies conducted using the finite element method under the assumption of a semi-infinite homogeneous slope. The vertical infiltration and lateral seepage flow were numerically modeled. The developed model, named TAG_FLOW, has been applied to a few case studies in Japan. In this study, an analytical method based on TAG_FLOW that considers the surface and subsurface flows is proposed and validated using a recent slope disaster in central Vietnam in 2020.
