Temporal bone trauma is one of the major emergencies. Prompt assessment and early diagnosis are important. Clinicoradiological examination, auditory tests, and topo-electrodiagnostic tests are the mainstay of evaluation. Management can be medical and surgical. Prevention and the anticipating sequelae are paramount.
