Multi-UAV Cooperative Reconnaissance Task Allocation Based on IEPPSO Algorithm

Multi-UAV system can play an important role in reconnaissance mission during a combat. In actual military operations, some targets need to be reconnoitered within a given time. So, time window constraints of targets should be considered in the model. This paper introduces time window constraints into the task allocation model we established before, and presents a multi-UAV cooperative reconnaissance task allocation model with time window constraints (TW-MCRTA). And in order to better solve the TW-MCRTA model, the IEPPSO algorithm is proposed by introduce the probability-based constraint verification initialization strategy and the experience pool updating mechanism into the EPPSO algorithm we proposed before. Finally, The contrast experiment proves that the initialization ability and optimization ability of IEPPSO are better than comparison algorithm.
