Research on Multi-UAV Target Allocation Based on Improved Auction Algorithm

摘要

In this paper, for the modern multi-UAV combat scenario with multiple types of weapons, we propose an improved WTA model that removes the weapon platform constraint and sets the average flight distance of the weapon as the second optimization objective. In response to such problems, this paper proposes an improved multi-objective auction algorithm, which is based on the traditional auction algorithm and the non-dominated sorting strategy, improves the setting of the quotation threshold parameters by introducing the distance factor, and designs an adaptive operator strategy using the number of quotation times initiated by the UAV to the same target. At the same time, a multi-stage auction process is proposed to adapt to the scenario of a larger group of UAVs attacking a smaller group of targets. Finally, this algorithm is compared with MOABC and MOACO in the optimization results of two objective functions and the operation efficiency of the algorithm. Through the simulation experiments of different scale weapons against targets, the effectiveness of the improved strategy and the improved auction algorithm is proved.
