The data generated through various e-governance initiatives provide opportunities for application of data analyticsAnalytics for policy formulation. The utilization of data analyticsAnalytics-based solutions shall help to improve service quality, monitoring of activities and planning related to the policy aspects for benefit of the nation. The challenges with data analytics in projects are required to be emphasized with prioritizing factors of success and failure of such projects. AnalyticsAnalytics application consists of dashboardDashboard, predictions, recommendation systems, fraud detection, processPROCESS automation, chat-bots, image processing, big data, etc. Availability of quality data is a prerequisite for data analytics applications. The case of performance dashboardDashboard under Tribal Affairs Ministry has been discussed using SAP-LAPSAP-LAP framework.
