Primary data for the study was collected from clients and HR managers of selected IT companies in Thailand. Secondary data were obtained from various published sources. The data collected from primary and secondary sources were reviewed with practical insights into the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, and specific solutions were suggested to address them. Appropriate statistical tools and techniques were used to analyze the data.
