Algorithms and Applications for Split Equality Problem with Related Problems

Split equality problem provides us with a unified, natural, novel and simple framework to study a wide class of problems arising in pure and applied sciences. It is known that the split equality problem includes the split feasibility problem as a special case. The purpose of this chapter is to present a number of new and known numerical techniques for solving the split feasibility problem, the split equality problem and other related problems, including projection, inertial techniques, relaxed techniques and so on. We also give the weak (strong) convergence of the algorithms and emphasize the linear convergence of the algorithms. In order to be more applicable to practical problems, we introduce some research problems in Banach spaces. As an application, we present an algorithm to solve the signal processing problem and the image recovery problem.
