Digital Instruments for the Ecosystem Model of Industrial Complex Management in In-Firm and Strategic Planning

摘要

In electronics manufacturing industry the effectiveness of in-firm and strategic planning plays an important role. This paper describes the use of new data-driven planning tools as a solution to improve business processes in the electronics manufacturing industry. Such methods as data analytics, machine learning and big data are considered as approaches for such new instruments. These tools carry out the process of collecting analysis and processing of business datasets obtained from such sources as enterprises and their internal data. In our study, we consider various mixed methods and combine analysis of historical data, business cooperation with imitational modeling. As a result, it should be noted that data-based tools have high potential for improving the quality of in-firm and strategic planning in the field of electronic technology. By using enterprise data, we can obtain forecasting data that is based on the preferences of the customers, market dynamics and tendencies. This allows us to make a new, more informed decisions to optimize production processes, allocate resources more correctly and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
