Personalized Markov Learning Model in Knowledge Map Space

The personalized learning model is the primary basis for selecting educational resources and the foundation of customized education. Currently, the research on personalized learning models is mainly qualitative, with less quantitative analysis. In addition, there is also little research on the dynamics of personalized learning models. In this study, a personalized Markov learning model is constructed in the Knowledge Map space of the educational resource. Firstly, the dynamic, personalized learning state is characterized using the edges in the Knowledge Map. Secondly, the personalized learning state transition is described based on the Markov chain. Finally, the personalized Markov learning model is established based on the personalized learning state and the learning state transition matrix. This model provides a basis for personalized recommendation of educational resources and helps to improve the accuracy and quality of resource recommendation in the network space of educational resources.
