University Learning Situation Data Governance Model Based on Blockchain

摘要

In view of the current problems of difficult sharing, privacy leakage and confusion in the management of learning situation data in universities, this paper analyses the feasibility of blockchain technology, which is used to enable the governance of learning situation data in colleges and universities, and constructs a learning situation data governance model based on blockchain. In addition, the architecture of the learning situation data governance model is built, and the “on-chain + off-chain” collaborative storage mode is designed. Hash addresses of learning situation data are stored on the chain, while IPFS is used to store actual learning situation data off the chain. Moreover, blockchain networks are built based on Fabric, and smart contracts are also well designed. Security analysis and experimental verification show that our model can realize the secure storage and controllable access of learning situation data, and it can solve some problems that exist in the data governance process of universities.
