Research on Personalized Learning Recommendation Based on Subject Knowledge Graphs and Learner Portraits

In the context of the digital transformation of education, large-scale online learning has become the new normal of learning. The deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and education provides an effective path for achieving the organic combination of large-scale education and personalized training. This article reviews relevant research on subject knowledge graphs and learner portraits based on a large number of studies and proposes a personalized recommendation framework. The framework is composed of a subject knowledge graph, learner portrait based on xAPI, personalized recommendation and feedback. Focusing on learners’ individual characteristics and learning feedback reflects the “learner-centered” concept and enables the use of dynamically growing educational resources to support personalized learning for learners.
