Research on Construction Experimental Teaching Model of Artificial Intelligence in High School Based on PBL

Artificial intelligence is in full swing around the world, and many primary and secondary schools in China also offer AI-related courses, but the teaching practice of AI courses is theoretically oriented, which cannot reflect the comprehensive and practical nature of AI courses. This study applies project learning to high school AI experiments and proposes a project learning-based teaching model for high school AI experiments based on PBL and Bloom’s educational goal classification theory to improve students’ independent learning ability, innovative thinking and teamwork spirit. The teaching model is consistent with the classification of high school AI experiments, which is subdivided into imitation, design and integrated experimental teaching models. The teaching model is applied in specific experimental cases, and a framework of a high school AI experimental resource system supporting the teaching model is built to provide experimental resources for high school AI courses for teachers and students to use.
