Exploring the Public Space Model of Smart Recreation for Chinese Medicine Cultivation Based on Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Technology
摘要
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has made great contributions to the national health of China and has gone global, however, the culture of TCM in China has not been well inherited and the TCM industry has not prospered. When the rapid development of digital technology revolution, China is also rapidly entering an aging society, and the elderly play an irreplaceable role in the inheritance of Chinese medicine culture, yet in the digital era, the elderly have difficulties in crossing the “digital divide”. Yet how to step into the digital life and how to use the digital era to pass on the Chinese medicine culture provides a feasible solution in this issue. A pilot smart leisure park for the elderly was established in Qingdao, a city suitable for the elderly. The main approach is to select a public space for renovation, so that nearby elderly people can plant and pick herbal plants together near their homes, get remedies, study, work, make friends, buy and sell, and have fun. On the basis of the activities to protect and pass on their herbal culture. For Chinese herbal plants a combination of online and offline is used, using artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to manage the planting, picking, management and sales of medicinal plants in the offline park as an autonomous virtual agent in the form of a cell phone applet. This is also a gateway to digital education for the elderly.
