Implementation of Dual-Band Dielectric Resonator Antenna for 5G Applications

摘要

A suggested electromagnetic couple feeding method for dual-band operation uses a dual-band dielectric resonator MIMO antenna to improve the antenna’s physical characteristics by utilising various slots. The operating frequencies of the antennas are 5.2–6.5 GHz and 4.96–5.04 GHz, respectively. HFSS is used to measure various element dimensions across a number of iterations. To obtain the necessary antenna properties, the fundamental mode is used. This antenna’s benefit is that it offers many characteristics with various isolation strategies. WLAN, 5G, and sub-6 GHz communication applications are made possible by the performance of the recommended antenna. The antenna is ultimately built, examined in an anechoic laboratory, and modelled using HFSS software.
